Welcome to the
OLLIMUG!!
(Osher Lifelong Learning Institute Macintosh Users Group)
Meeting in Room 219, Arsht Hall
Tuesdays, 3:20 to 4:15 PM
All Institute members welcome!
The Osher Lifelong Learning
Institute Macintosh Users Group was founded on September 11, 2007. Our
weekly meetings are loosely organized and flexible as to
content. Members get together and discuss all things
Macintosh and Apple, or particular topics can be discussed,
or both! We can do software demonstrations using our
digital projector.
Think about the topics you would like to see discussed at
the meetings! Also, we won't put anyone on the spot, but
please consider active participation by volunteering to
lead a discussion on a particular topic or to demo a piece
of software. You might also consider describing (and
showing) something special you have done or created using
your Mac.
We do have a tentative agenda for the semester, but it’s
mostly a guideline. The agenda can be viewed on our home
page.
We have one session a month dedicated to
“iDevices”
- iPhone, iPad and iPod.
These happen every first Tuesday
of every month during the
semester.
ATTENTION WINDOWS
USERS: You are
most welcome
to join us!! If you are
considering a switch to Macintosh - or are simply curious -
you will be welcomed to the group. This is the place for
you to get some answers, and to learn what it is about the
Mac that we are all so enthused about!!
Some Possible Topics for Future Meetings:
